All orders from stock are packed and shipped immediately. The exact delivery time/date is stated with the product. With a few exceptions, orders placed before 4 p.m. are shipped the same day and you can expect them within 1-2 days. The delivery time for international shipments is approximately 3-5 working days. The delivery time of the personalized products is 2-3 working days (if in stock and depending on the quantity).
Shipping in the Netherlands takes place via PostNL. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are between € 2.50 and € 7.99 (parcel post).
With a minimum spend of € 50, you pay no shipping costs in the Netherlands.
Your order will be sent as a letterbox post or as a letterbox package. If your order does not fit in the mailbox, we will send your order as a package. You will then receive a track & trace number from us, with which you can track your package. You can then see when the package is offered to you by PostNL.
Shipping in Belgium takes place via PostNL.
- order value lower than € 100, - then the shipping costs are € 11.95
- order higher than € 100,- then the shipment is completely free.
Your order before 4 p.m. will be shipped the same day and you will receive a track & trace number from us, with which you can track your package.
Correct delivery address
It is important that you provide the correct delivery address with your order. If the address is not correct, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered. The costs for sending to an incorrect address, or the possible reshipment costs, are for your account.
Different delivery address / pick up
You can also have your order delivered to a different address (for example when it concerns a gift). To do this, under ADDRESS, uncheck the box 'Send to the same address'. Select the billing address and click NEXT. Choose COLLECTION LOCATION here if you want to pick up the product or enter the delivery address. After payment of the order, your order will be sent directly to the delivery address.
If your order consists of products that are both in stock and products that have a longer delivery time, shipping will be delayed until the entire order is complete. If you want to receive part of the order earlier, you can indicate this by contacting us. The additional shipping costs will then be charged.
